Open air, pool view, veranda style restaurant/bar with wood-beam ceiling, colourful Island scene murals and open kitchen. Seating also on wooden deck, with live music two nights weekly at poolside bandstand.  Cuisine: International  American/English/Creole breakfasts. Lunch choices such as salads, sandwiches, burgers, pork chops, garlic shrimp, chicken, fish, steaks, and shrimp and seafood brochettes.  Dinner choices include foie gras with sorrel-glazed plantain, pork with ginger and cloves, grilled portobello with goat cheese and Indian-spiced eggplant, lobster en papillote with coriander vinaigrette, lobster and shrimp in coconut-curry sauce.
