Location

The Grosvenor House hotel enjoys a prime position on the new Dubai Marina close to Jumeirah Beach with dramatic views of the Dubai skyline and the Arabian Sea, the hotel is about 20 minutes drive from the city centre. The Grosvenor House hotel was the first hotel built on the new marina.

There are 217 rooms and suites and 205 apartments. Deluxe rooms sleep 2 adults have air-conditioning, telephone, high-speed Internet connection, state-of-the-art entertainment network, plasma-screen television, CD/DVD player, minibar, 24-hour butler service. Some have a private balcony. Club rooms, Premier rooms, Deluxe suites and Premier suites are also available.

The interior décor is quietly stylish with sophisticated hues of brown and cream and perfectly complemented by a distinctly minimalist approach with extensive use of natural wood and marble.  Generous in size, every room features refinements which include personalised butler service, 24 hour room service and plasma televisions.

The top 11 floors of the hotel are exclusively reserved for the Grosvenor Club and provide premium executive accommodation with exclusive access to a private lounge located on the 44th floor.

Penthouse

The very best in luxury living, the expansive penthouse suite at Grosvenor House hotel covers the entire 45th floor area of the hotel.

Accessed by private lifts, the three bedroom penthouse is 798 m2, and comprises a reception hall and adjoining reception area, office, boardroom and dining room. The master bedroom also has its own private ensuite jacuzzi. The penthouse has two kitchens fully equipped with every convenience, the use of a personal chef and a dedicated butler.

Floor to ceiling windows give the penthouse a unique living panorama with a breathtaking 360 degree view over Dubai.

Indego Restaurant

Home of the world’s only Indian Michelin Star winner and Chef Patron, Vineet Bhatia, Indego presents unprecedented accolades of culinary excellence to the Grosvenor House hotel.

Born in Bombay, Vineet Bhatia studied at catering college in India and then moved to London in 1993.  Upon opening his first restaurant in South Kensington, the Star of India he challenged stereotypical Indian food in the United Kingdom.

Since then, Bhatia opened a series of successful restaurants around the world including “Safran” in Mauritius - voted ‘The Best Resort Food in The World’ by Tatler Awards, 2004; “Rasoi” awarded a Michelin star in 2006 and recently, the highly popular Indego in Governor House Dubai.

What can only be described as Chef Bhatia’s own personal tribute, Indego features traditional Indian cuisine, sprinkled with a healthy dose of passion. Mezzanine Restaurant

Although voted ‘Time Out’ Best new Restaurant of the year in 2006, Mezzanine has now established itself as a must culinary destination in its own right.

The restaurant itself is a work of modern art with the fusion of baroque style furniture with modern lighting, serving mouth watering traditional and classical Anglo-modern dishes.

Ottomans Restaurant

This restaurant is steeped in the fascinating gastronomical traditions of the Ottoman empire and headed by Chef Ahmet.  The Ottoman Restaurant recreates authentic Turkish and Persian cuisine based on the ancient recipes of the legendary Imperial court kitchens. The result is a memorable dining experience that is as enchanting as the legendary empire itself!

Despite his strong attachment to his native Turkey and its flavours, Chef Ahmet always tries to infuse his cultural methods with that of the neighbouring Mediterranean countries.

From Greece to Morocco and from Egypt to Spain this fusion results in a multi flavoured journey that somehow links them all. Chef Ahmet came to Dubai directly from Istanbul to take charge of Ottomans and now traditional and modern Turkish cuisine have also arrived at the Grosvenor House.

Located on the lobby level of the Grosvenor House hotel, this restaurant has two bars and boasts a stunning shisha terrace with views overlooking Dubai Marina. Ottomans has seating for 80 guests inside and an additional 40 on the terrace.

Retreat Terrace & Health Bar

For the health and fitness conscious, the Retreat Terrace and Health Bar is located on the fourth floor of the Grosvenor House hotel and serves a rejuvenating selection of healthy juices, smoothies, sports drinks and low calorie snacks.
