Chelonia Restaurant
An open-air, all-day restaurant with marble floor, plants, whitewashed latticework and pine ceilings, seating is also available at umbrella tables on the outside deck. Chelonia serves a buffet breakfast and buffet lunch (lunch service in winter season from à la carte menu) and a fixed menu at dinner.
The Dinner dress code is long pants and collared shirts for men.

Waterfront Restaurant
A casual, open-air spot with wood floors, whitewashed latticework pine ceilings and rattan seating serving Caribbean cuisine. Buffet lunches served in the winter season and A’ la carte service in off-season. Afternoon tea and À la carte dinner menu featuring seafood and Bajan (Barbadian) specialties.

Asiago’s Restaurant
Striped-canopy ceiling, walls of louvered wood shutters and ranked by 2007 Zagat Survey as “excellent” mid-priced Italian fare in Barbados. Asiagos serves authentic Italian cuisine.
A linen service À la carte Italian menu. Reservations required. Dress code: long pants, collared shirts for men. Seating is limited to adults and children 12 years and older. Asiago's offers breakfast and dinner room service.

A 500 yard beach of pristine white coral sand fronts the hotel, with lounge chairs and umbrellas providing sunbathing comfort and shade. A large lagoon pool in a rock garden includes a shallow children's section and a 10-person spa tub. A second freeform pool supplies an alternative freshwater swimming area and sundeck.
The resort takes its name from endangered sea turtles that lay eggs on Dover Beach fronting the resort from April to November, with hatchings into December.
Supervised activities are available for children ages 3-12 in an air-conditioned clubhouse and open-air playground. An air-conditioned fitness centre contains cardio and weight machines as well as free weights. Two floodlit tennis courts and aerobics classes offer additional recreation, and an 18-hole championship golf course is just three miles away (surcharges apply). Musicians perform live music nightly (seasonal) in a poolside gazebo, and the manager hosts a weekly cocktail party.
