Time Out At The Gap offers 76 air-conditioned rooms in two cream coloured wings of three storeys without elevators. Cream and white rooms include tile floors, rattan furniture including desks and pastel fabrics. All rooms are spacious and cheerfully appointed with mini-refrigerator, cable/ satellite TV, telephone, radio/alarm clock, hairdryer, iron with ironing board. There are several old mansions, heritage buildings and the Barbados Museum which are worth a visit. The National Trust has two special attractions....all year they feature two conducted hikes every Sunday, each with three different levels. During December to April they have open houses at some of the magnificent homes of the rich and famous on the island. The Botanical Gardens, underground caverns at Harrisons Caves and the Flower Forest are all worth a visit.

When using the swimming-pool(s), please be aware that children under the age of 12 MUST be accompanied by an adult. Most beaches have a lifeguard on duty during daylight hours.
