Situated right on the beach is The Deck Restaurant and Bar, which is an open-air beachfront restaurant with weathered-wood floor and poolside tables on the sundeck. Serving buffet breakfast, with daily lunch and dinner specials, such as lasagna, fish, salads and burgers and Dinner choices like vegetable samosas, fish cakes, prawns in garlic sauce, barbecued pork ribs, catch of the day and sirloin steak. Each Tuesday night by the poolside there is a barbecue buffet and live entertainment several nights a week.
Sea Grape Bar
This friendly Beach Bar is open from 11.00 am and does Happy Hours twice a day (except Tuesdays).
De Rum Shoppe
Is an open-air bar adjacent to The Deck and serving cool refreshing tropical cocktails, rum punches and the locally brewed award winning Banks Beer.
Happy Hour is featured twice a day 12 - 1pm & 6pm - 7pm (except Tuesdays) where local drinks are two for the price of one. Regarded as the social centre of the Pool Deck and open mid-morning to late at night.

Activities and Amenities
The hotel is on a tree-shaded, white-sand beach measuring approximately 121 x 30 metres. Complimentary lounge chairs provide a place for guests to enjoy the beach scene and breakwaters and reefs create calm-water swimming all year-round in the warm Caribbean sea. Complimentary scuba lessons and pool dives are also available.
The Pool Deck area consists of a medium sized swimming pool, a children's pool and a Jacuzzi and the seating area around the pool is shaded from the tropical sun by umbrellas and palms.
A 12 x 6 metre beachfront pool is surrounded by a sundeck with lounge chairs with a 10-person spa tub and a small children's pool adjacent. The games room contains a Ping-Pong table and a coin-operated pool table. Guests are offered discounts at the Rockley Golf Club just 2 miles away and the recreational activities listed below are available either on site or near the resort (fees may apply).

Sports and special interest clubs abound, and members are always pleased to welcome overseas visitors. There are several old mansions, heritage buildings and the Barbados Museum which are worth a visit. The National Trust feature two conducted hikes every Sunday all year, each with three different levels. During December to April they have open houses at some of the magnificent homes of the rich and famous on the island. The Botanical Gardens, underground caverns at Harrisons Caves and the Flower Forest are all worth a visit.
